Meet  Jen 

Hi, I’m Jen. Menopause Coach, fitness professional, and mom to 3 wonderful kids. I love to hike in the California mountains near my home, a good ol’ sweaty hot yoga class, and I adore cooking nourishing meals and experimenting with new flavors.

 

Fun Fact: I’ve seen every episode of Beat Bobby Flay on the Food Network!

 

Major life transitions…not so fun sometimes!  My own menopause story was a process of constant confusion, endless searching for information, and frustrating dead ends. So much trial and error, blood work without real answers, and wondering what my next step should be.

Awful sleep, mood swings, hot flashes, feeling tired all the time, and despite countless hours in the gym, weight gain that wouldn’t budge…all the fun symptoms, right? 

And it happened in my mid-forties.  My estrogen levels had dropped to such an extreme that they were barely detectable.  

It’s a process of education, exploration, and trusting the right people.  I kept at it, and I learned to never assume I am stuck with the way things are. Life changes every single moment, and so can I! 

I was conditioned in my teens to be preoccupied with numbers and how they define my worth. And I twisted myself into knots to look like a billboard or an Instagram post. I decided to put that kind of thing behind me…for good.

Let's adopt a new modern view of aging that's not something to fear and get to the heart of your true self. It's about celebrating the incredible person you have become after years of authentic living and hard-fought wisdom.

 

So pull up a stool at my kitchen counter, grab your favorite cup of tea, and let's tap into your creative power to dramatically improve your life."
